This hotel was set in a very central area next to Chinatown and shopping centers. And there was Rod Roj with short-orders very close to the venue, super convenient. They had a perfect, delicious breakfast and a shuttle.

Our stay here was pleasant, best base for exploring Birmingham. The room was neat, with really comfy oversized bed.

Everything was great, the English breakfast was totally worth it. Marvellous and fab location next to Rotunda.

Location and staff were very good, I really enjoyed that. The rooms were huge with a double bed.

I came to Birmingham for shopping - everything was perfect. Brand-new units and helpful staff. The location was brilliant, for example, Air Nightclub was not very far from the hotel. Besides, I were walk from restaurants and bars. The food was good, had lots of options.

I loved location and amenities, which were good. A pretty good attached restaurant was open on site. Fine bedrooms and an awesome bathroom. Beautiful garden and nice pool area.

Spectacular location, lovely views, very very helpful staff. Double room was exquisite and bed was super. We visited taj mahal restaurant, based a few steps away from the hotel.

Unbeatable location and fairly clean place, I loved pleasant staff. I stayed in a neat room with a double bed. Easy check in and late check out. Moreover, I could park my car nearby.

We really enjoyed the stay, it was a fantastic experience. Hotel was exceptionally friendly, had second to none staff and location. Pool was heated and there was a great restaurant on site.

The staff was unobtrusive and the location was best possible. Stayed in light premier double room with comfortable beds, a bath, iron. Cereal and pastries were reasonably priced and overall there was plenty of food. There was a small restaurant, shops and the markets next door.

The service was marvellous and staff were gracious. Outstanding food for particularly good breakfast. The location was so excellent, not very far from a landmark mall.

I had REALLY GREAT days staying at this nice central hotel. I appreciated the understanding staff and gorgeous breakfasts. It was warm, good enough for one night.

Fine base for exploring Birmingham. There is restaurant The Lobby on Hill Street at the premises. Enjoyed staying at the twin room.

the bed was comfortable and location was peaceful. thanks to their manager for the help. lighting of our room was natural. we ate in the restaurant and the food was great.

The hotel was very clean. Taste the food in ming moon restaurant, you only need to walk 500 metres to reach it. Don't forget to explore Birmingham City Centre neighbourhood: )
