This hotel was set in a very central area next to Chinatown and shopping centers. And there was Rod Roj with short-orders very close to the venue, super convenient. They had a perfect, delicious breakfast and a shuttle.

Our stay here was pleasant, best base for exploring Birmingham. The room was neat, with really comfy oversized bed.

I really enjoyed that place, the balcony was big. Double superior and very specious room, tasty breakfast. Huge bathroom, lovely staff, what was important for me. Central location, not very far from thinktank birmingham science museum.

I came to Birmingham for shopping - everything was perfect. Brand-new units and helpful staff. The location was brilliant, for example, Air Nightclub was not very far from the hotel. Besides, I were walk from restaurants and bars. The food was good, had lots of options.

I loved location and amenities, which were good. A pretty good attached restaurant was open on site. Fine bedrooms and an awesome bathroom. Beautiful garden and nice pool area.
Everything was fine except the room that definitely should be cleaned.

We really enjoyed the stay, it was a fantastic experience. Hotel was exceptionally friendly, had second to none staff and location. Pool was heated and there was a great restaurant on site.

The staff was unobtrusive and the location was best possible. Stayed in light premier double room with comfortable beds, a bath, iron. Cereal and pastries were reasonably priced and overall there was plenty of food. There was a small restaurant, shops and the markets next door.

The hotel was very clean. Taste the food in ming moon restaurant, you only need to walk 500 metres to reach it. Don't forget to explore Birmingham City Centre neighbourhood: )
